I’ll send it to youOnce I can hit 515-525x2 @RPE 9 in sleeves I think I'll be good for 600x1 in wraps.
I'd like to check out the deadlift vid. I saw the 425 bench vid back in September.

Had trouble figuring out how to blur my face in the vid so here’s a pic of the 6 plate deadlifts. I just missed the 5 plate squat a few weeks ago, so I’ll be back for that. 4 plate bench is quite a bit off

Thanks brother, got the first shot today.Congrats brother.
Looking solid.
Like Perrin said, you'll get all 3 for sure.
Yoir progress is consistent as fuck.
Especially after the knee treatment, that squat will be there.
Nope I'm sad to say I haven't (yet). I think the 500 squat is a realistic goal by the end of this year, but I'm probably 70+ lb away from the 600 deadlift right now. Bench I have no idea, I haven't done regular flat bench consistently in years. I'll be getting a new bench for my home gym soon though so I'll be able to start it again. I'd be surprised if I could even bench 315 right now lol@ruckin you done this one yet?
Didnt know the 4/5/6 was a thing... I'm over halfway there...
413/530/535. All competition lifts and white lights.
Oh and at 198lb weight class
Battling a hip issue now, hurts to squat. Pulled 500lb 2 wks ago and paid for it..
Thanks man! 3rd attempt last meet I got 555 squat but lost balance before I got the rack command, so, no diceNice
Getting close brother.
serious squat, especially at your weight.
You pull sumo or conventional?Didnt know the 4/5/6 was a thing... I'm over halfway there...

Conventional. Tried sumo a couple times. Not for me...You pull sumo or conventional?
Seems like conventional is great hip relief for sumo guys.Conventional. Tried sumo a couple times. Not for me...
Mostly rps. New fed coming around, APF? I always fuck up the lettersSeems like conventional is great hip relief for sumo guys.
What fed you compete in?
I think Apf has been around for a while. Newest fed I’ve herd about is USPC. Very few seem to last the test of time.Mostly rps. New fed coming around, APF? I always fuck up the letters
It’s definitely not the worst fed but they’re picky about stupid shit. One of Training partners got DQ’d after his first squat attempt because he was wearing boxer briefs under his singlet.Yeah, a friend of mine was a uspa rep and another friend uspa international referee. One jumped ship to apf recently. The other will likely follow in some time. I only did a couple uspa meets due to their stupid rules and restrictions
