Is racism prejudice against one race or all minorities? If you answer is just against blacks then I will make the argument that you are deserving of it based on your natural behavior (loud, pompous, lazy etc) If racism is preducice against all races then why don't hear other races complaining about it anywhere near the extent coming from blacks?

dude do some reading "Blacks" are treated the worst and thats thats. Even at my job I see it happening. This one "Black" guy is the best at what we do, no one comes close to doing a good as he does but i saw his pay check. Ive been working here for 7 months and I make more them him and hes been here for 4 years. Every one goes to him for help even the bosses but he makes less. I dont think he knows but hes way under paid. Now u tell me why that is, me "white" guy makes more, him "Black" guy make less and he knows way more the I do.

errr, whose got the degree and who doesnt? That could be a huge difference in pay right there. Also, did you check his deductions column for heavy 401k or wage garnishments? Also, what about his tax rate?? DId he file 0 and you are claiming dependents? Or were you just looking at base wage and found that he made less than you?

Sometimes, corporation fail to increase their worker's pay to industry standards and someone who hires in can come in at a market-adjusted rate that exceeds those around him who have greater tenure. Ms. Hogg just went through something like that and quite frankly, were it not for my bonus, I would have no reason to continue working here as I can get as much on the street in straight wage as I do here in wage and bonus....BUT.....I am also working on my 9th year with this company and may have an opportunity to become an equity partner within the next 4-5 years.

I believe a decent definition of racism is prejudice against all other races other then your own. Based on what you are saying, the blacks receive the worst treatment. Therefore you are suggesting other minorities are treated more fairly.

If other minorities are treated more fair in your opinion then racism DOES NOT exist. Instead of pointing the finger at the white race I think it might be better to take a good look in the mirror and look at what your race stands for. You pretend you are white but I highly doubt it.
If other minorites are treated better, try talking an honest look at yourself and ask the question is it me? It has to be since everyone else is treated 'more fairly' then yourself.

One good thing about selecting a mate from a different genetic stock is the phenomena of heterosis (i.e. hybrid vigor).
