For strength what # of sets/reps do you think works the best?
Usually I do 6x warm up, 5x second set, 3x third, 1-2x fourth, 1-2 new PR.
Recently I been watching a lot of traing vids and everyone does these differently. Some do singles for 5 sets some do 4-6 rane for like 3 or 4.
 
I've always done, after your warmed up,
Rack Pulls - 495, 495, 585, 585lbs (10 sec hold). On 5th and final single add 5lbs every week for new PR.
