Anavar is soluble in ethanol at 18 mg/ml. If you use higher concentration then that's the reason.

Is there any raws you can’t use with the scooper?

I've had most oral raws. The only raws that clumped on me was ralox and halo. The rest of my oral raws stayed as a fine powder.
