Raw Powder Self Life

Hi,
Can the powders I bought 7 years ago still be used ? I think I have cypionate and winstrol, but after almost 7 years I dont remember which powder winstrol or cypionate. There on the letter L and H. I order it from qualityraws, It is not open anymore.
Btw Powders look okey. do you think it works?

If they were sealed when stored and not clumpy it will be fine but you may have to use an extra 5% powder with your recipes to get the proper dose since there will be some small degradation due to the time it was stored.
