Hello everyone, new here. Already did an introduction but this is my first real post. Getting into home brewing and I'm most likely going to have my raws test if the price isn't too heavy(if anyone know a good lab that does testing please msg me) but my question... what is the purity of most of these raws that are coming out of china. I swear they all claim 98%-99% but how many truly are in the 90s upper 90s. I guess what I'm wondering is, Is does everyone assume they are under 98-99% and add extra powder to their brew to make the dose more accurate? Might be a dumb question. But hey I'm new to this
