Some of you might remember me from a few years back...good to be back. I've been doing the 5x5 workout consistently for the past year(s) and I'm currently on the 3x3 part of the program. My progress is as follows:
6'3 225lbs.
Squat 3x3 max: 385lbs.
Bench 3x3 max: 315lbs.
Deadlift 3x3 max: 405lbs.
I'm not stuck by any means, and it seems like I'll go up 5lbs. on any given lift in a few weeks. Most of my focus has been on my legs (I was doing 225lbs. when I started) and now I'm curious how balanced I am.
My stats any good?
Also, I'm only focused on strength, I could give a shit about size. In fact, if I could go down to 205 and still get stronger I would. But, I lift on my own and I have no other guidance or strength examples to compare with. All I know is that there are a lot of big fags at the gym with 22 inch arms and I tend to out lift them all.
Any strength athletes in WA? I live between Seattle and Tacoma.
One last note, I've never done steroids. Is it time to consider juice? Or should I change up my program? I really want to be stronger...
