little history about me: i used to be a lil fat fuck till about 2 years ago, where i cut down from 140kg to about 70kg, naturally using KETO. Ive been bulking ever since. But my BF % is way to high now. so that needs to go. Working my ass off and not being able to properly train and eat whilst moving places hurt the physique quite abit. i will run the following diet and protocol:
starting weight: 98kg
BF %(according to xiaomi smart scale,not accurate at all): 25%
End stats:
Weight: 80-85kg
BF %(according to xiaomi smart scale,not accurate at all): 10-15%

Preworkout meal: 2 Slices of plain toast, 3 Egg whites
Postworkout meal: 400gs of lean beef, 2 eggs, 200g pasta
Before sleep: 30gs of Casein mixed with water
refeed once per week with 1 cheat meal on sunday.
once i hit 89kg i will lower the food to the following:
IF combined with almost no carbs.
After fasted cardio: 30gs of WHEY Isolate(mixed in water)
Preworkout meal: 1 banana, 3 Egg whites
Postworkout meal: 400gs of lean beef, 2 eggwhites,
Before sleep: 30gs of Casein mixed with water
refeed once per week with 1 cheat meal on sunday.
i will post daily weight updates starting from tomorrow.
