Bros. Hit a milestone today. Down 100 lbs. in 18 months. Went from a 360 lbs smoking, dying, dumpster fire to a much slimmer, 256 lbs., non smoking, weight lifting ….mostly normal looking guy.
46 years old, 6’0”, 256 lbs.
incline dumbbell press the 75s, shoulder press the 65s. Hack squat 100 lbs. for reps of 10.
I currently train a bro split, two chest exercises, then walk/cycle/row, two shoulder exercises, then walk/cycle/row, etc. chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs.
I train at lunch at work )iron gym, awesome bodybuilding place), and then after work in the evening, suburban gym, rubber dumbbells, but a good selection of Hammer Strength, and a sauna. Finish my day with 20-30 minutes in the sauna. Could miss/skip either workout in a day, but never both, often do hit both. On the weekends I walk 80 minutes or row 10,000m.
2,500-3,000 calories/day. Mostly chicken and veggies. 180-220g protein is the daily target.
Grey market Tirz. Self prescribed (at this point) Test C250, 62.5mg 3x/wk., 2.5iu GH, currently in the evening, vitamins and ancillaries. DeFronzo triple with metformin + empagliflozin + pioglitazone.
Bloods are OK, and gotten way better

still trying to cut/recomp so I’m considering Anavar (WWB 25mg), while still in a calorie deficit. I’m thinking half a pill PWO at 10am and 5pm. (Gym at noon and 7pm). That puts me at 12-25mg/day.
Or upping the test. I’ve got Telmisartan and all manner of ancillaries on hand at this point.
Goal is to look like I lift, keep my thinning hair, and … yeah. That’s about it.
I’ve learned a lot from this board already and appreciate it.
What do y’all think is my next move?
