What’s up guys. New member here, been reading for a while and figured I’d finally introduce myself.

Stats:
Age: 40
Height: 5’11
Weight: ~204 lbs


Training:
Training consistently for several years with a hypertrophy-focused approach.

Current split:
  • Day 1: Upper Push (DB bench, incline DB, shoulder press, triceps, laterals)
  • Day 2: Lower Body + Core (squats/leg press, RDLs, calves, core)
  • Day 3: Upper Pull (pulldowns, rows, face pulls, biceps)
  • Day 4: Conditioning (treadmill intervals or circuit work)

Progressive overload, mostly dumbbells, machines, and controlled volume.

Diet:
  • Calories: ~2500/day
  • Protein: high
  • Carbs: moderate
  • Fats: lower end

Current protocol:
  • Testosterone Cypionate (TRT dose, split injections)
  • HCG: ~500 IU/week, split
  • Tesamorelin: 5× per week
  • HGH: 3 IU daily
  • Retatrutide (low dose)
  • GHK-Cu
  • TB-500
  • BPC-157

No aromatase inhibitor.


Recent bloodwork (Quest, Jan 2026):
  • Total Testosterone: 551 ng/dL
  • Free Testosterone (dialysis): 162.3 pg/mL
  • Estradiol (ultrasensitive LC/MS): 6 pg/mL
  • Hematocrit: 49.0%
  • Hemoglobin: 16.3 g/dL
  • PSA: 0.85 ng/mL
  • CBC otherwise within range

Posting mainly to document where I’m at and contribute going forward. Looking forward to learning from the board and tightening things up over time.
I’ve also posted my labs in the bloodwork subforum, mainly due to concern over elevated free testosterone and very low estradiol, and wanted everything documented in one place here as well.
