Readalots Enhanced Testing

Narta is trying to save meso by being a Chinese source bootlicker. Thanks man! Keep fighting the good fight.
Give reasonable source alternatives and fewer people will be Chinese source "cockriders."

Simple solution, but no one is able to do it.

Are you able to?

Chinese sources will never adjust/change until there are VIABLE competitors.

Once again, please show me viable/reasonable alternatives.

Why do you think any of this requires alternate sources? We can push the current ones we do have to maximize harm reduction. This is a harm reduction forum, after all.
I told you so! You have no alternative sources!

Competition will be one of the best influences for change, but no one is able to identify reasonably similar competitors who are on the leading edge of harm reduction.

It's a process dude, grow up. Matrix on SST has already started a premium line. Just a matter of time before everyone else follows. Hopefully, he eventually scraps the non premium line. It's hard to be first.

So, Matrix is a reasonable source alternative?

I deleted inappropriate language directed towards you. I realized it is bullying and I don't want to hurt your feelings anymore.

Everyone waiting for every source to follow...

We have already seen so many people shift from US domestic brewed to buying Chinese made oils.

Regardless of my opinion of " knowing your brewer" etc. people care more about the cheapest cost.

I feel like there was a large shift since I started.

What reasonable alternative sources exist?

Then enlighten me with your reasonable alternative sources.

I bet you can't.

Talk about begging to be spoon-fed.

What I do have problem with, is the forum-wide constant spamming for it. I get the idea, but the realist in me knows that it's not something that can be forced upon the vendors. I always advocate the "vote with your money" moto. But I can not and will not become an annoying spammer in order to persuade people to act like it.

Let me help you see things from my perspective:

Login to Meso, hit New Posts.

Start reading.

First thread, a source thread, after a few posts there comes the unwanted spamming fart:

"Marcus, how about HPLC, GMS, Sterility etc etc"

You scroll down, and after 10 posts same post

You go to the other vendor threads. Same thing.

After a couple of days, it gets really annoying. Thread for China crackdown shenanigans, here is the white knight and his testing.
Interesting and illuminating perspective. It's just quite honestly difficult to see it from your POV.

When I go to random source threads, I often see dozens if not hundreds of posts from members engaging in completely off-topic discussions; I see the same in members arguing with each other and exchanging sophomoric insults; I see an unbelievable number of posts from certain obsequious members praising/defending the source.

This ends up burying the thread and effectively sabotaging efforts to provide useful/relevant information about the source in order to hold them accountable for their products/services.

So, the ONE member repeatedly pressuring sources to conduct additional analytical testing so the community can have additional data for the unregulated, black market substances they inject in their body? This guy? He doesn't really bother me much?

He certainly doesn't make the list of my concerns of issues that are compromising the harm reduction agenda of MESO.

And why should he? Promoting/pressuring sources to conduct more and more analytical testing of their products is about as on-topic as you get.

Really @narta, I tried really hard to see it from your perspective. I did what you suggested, I examined some of @readalot's posts that you characterize as "spam" harassing sources to perform more testing. And what did I find? Every time @readalot "spams" a source thread, there are 5-10 posts from detractors defending the source or harassing and insulting @readalot. They seem to be the worst offenders in cluttering or "spamming" the thread.

If you can so easily ignore the excessive off-topic discussions, member-on-member insults, and fellatory-level behavior of source sycophants, I am just baffled as to why you or anyone else would be triggered by demands for more product analytical testing.

Got it.

Suggestion:

Since this forum is first and foremost dedicated to HARM REDUCTION and NOT a source board, as you have repeatedly stated, it will save a lot of time and hassle for everyone, if you make Enhanced Testing MANDATORY for all sources, old and new alike. It will be inline with the forum ideology as a HARM REDUCTION forum. A grace period of say 2 months to comply and BAM you have all this noise die down, and a satisfied community.

Two birds with one stone.

What say you?

When I see the pressure equally applied to all vendors in the same constant and belligerent manner, for instance a very well respected Stanford, I will ignore my personal feelings about the "mouthpiece" of the project and be more supportive.

I have not seen anyone blowing up Stanford , and also calling his customer pieces of shit for "cockriding" him. The majority of the hate seems to be directed to one subset of the vendor community.

I use him as an example, because he is very well respected here, deservedly so.
