Try to remember, this happened to you twice! Getting replacement gear would be my last choice. If they did this twice, what else did they get lazy with?

Don't be sorry man your only the middle man. Been there once or twice...it sucks! This being a good example why, cuz you're left holding the bag. With no physical power to change things. True. Like I said I could care less about the replacements. Don't get me wrong I expect to be compensated for the money I lost however, I'm more about the safety of the guys. We have to watch each other's back. I personally would like to see pictures of the filtering process going down just to see what they do and what they use. Is this too much to ask?

With any business, shit happens. But at least see if he can fix this? He's not outright running away and saying F U... it seems by his posts he's actually trying to fix this head on.
I understand completely that a black spec can POSSIBLY mean a whole LAB is shit... I would like to know how many vials were 100% perfect vs non perfect.

It's the fact that the "not perfect" vials were sent out to the customer. You would think they would inspect each vial before shipping

This is the 2nd attempt to get it right. His first shipment had shit in it and the replacement shipment did as well. This lab is the weirdest lab I've seen. Always MIA, don't want testing and Atlas hasn't even tried to explain what could have caused this.

Not many have ordered from Atlas yet from meso. They won't get Simec testing on board, so many have stayed away. Now the ones who were waiting on more bloods, their not ordering anymore either. Atlas hadn't been here long.

Bro it's too little too late. He's to inactive. Yes maybe he will fix it. But that doesn't make up for lack of presence. I'm running atlas I should be bulling for him. Read back in thread. I said I wouldn't order from him again due to lack of service. Yes he will give fast shipping but one u get it if it's clear your on your own. If atlas stood behind his product with pride he himself would be here.

I am not a stickler like most on lab test. I believe it's up to consumer to do own leg work. But I appreciate ev thing u guys do looking out for us. I really do. But it do expect the owner to step up and personally fix what he him self fucked up
