Yes, you certainly have the right to say something and many choose to execute that right, which is one of the reasons that makes Meso so great - you can say pretty much whatever you want. However, my point is that you still have a choice how to say something, as in, do you react (defensive, aggressive, attacking) or do you respond (measured, thoughtful, humble)?
I can understand your confidence in your product, but being overly confident with absolutes, rarely if ever, ends well for the UGL and subsequently customers. Additionally, this begs the question: How do you KNOW your product is what it claims to be? What evidence do you have? Evidence here at Meso is defined as repeated testing (labmax, bloodwork, analytical) to create some sense of reliability in UGL products, good or bad. You've been around for almost 10 years. Where's your evidence other than the anecdotal or that you and atlas are "good guys"?
Also, you may or may not get a heavy dose of "criticism" here at Meso but if its the former, you better get your thick skin on and buckle up, its going to be a bumpy ride.
