Nothing wrong with Iran/pakistan/india etc gear, provided it came from their actual labs. Most of these types of countries don't have the same import/export laws we do in the US, so a lot of these labs are actually FDA (by their government of course, not USFDA) certified. I don't have any exp with Iran amps, but pakistan amps, and I could verify them on their website when I used to get them. They are pharma, human grade when you do get the legit versions from that country, they are golden.
Some countries like China however, pose as FDA labs, when they are not. Some countries also have poor quality control for FDA certification (Thailand).

check wedinos.org. they used to test gear. all iranians came as fake containing no test
I found out thay these are fake. Wrong logo, wrong fonts also.
