Real quick winny question...

I have 15mg caps of winny. Im going to be using them at 60mg ED in a cycle... should i pop all 60mg at once or go with divided doses?

divide it to at least 2x day to keep your blood levels steady.

Winny has a very short half-life so try and split your doses at least twice/day. One dose in the A.M.; the other before retiring.

It's 8hrs,not as short as some others,but 2X/day is probably best. I'd take 1 when i wake and another right after work.
