First of all, there are no official Balkan resellers. Their products can be bought just in official pharmacies as it is a pharma-grade company.
To restock the warehouse is a long process and as you can see it is not easy to do it.
Sometimes we have a situation as we have restocked all the products and some positions have been sold out in 3-4 days. We can't expect such a situation and no one can. After it is sold out we need again 2-4 weeks to restock it. And so on.

Yes Balkan products can be bought at Moldova pharmacies. All with the exception of Cipandrol and Enandrol (which needs prescription)
Second, there are Balkan/Sp resellers. These resellers have warehouses floating all around Eastern EU. (Won't mention what areas). So depending on the situation they are able to dropship from different locations. Also the countries next to Moldova buy directly from Balkan as hormones are legal and sell inside their countries (use your imagination). Which Sp laboratories puts them as a certified reseller on their site.
Stop telling bullshit lies.
