My rear delts are lacking. Right now I work them bye doing the pec deck but facing it and I do bent over flys dumbbells. The bent over flys I do 4 sets of 10-12 nice and slow and hold for 2 seconds at top. I am using 20 lbs and on the pec deck I am doing 120lbs for 6-8 nice and slow. I just started doing this 2 weeks ago. But I am looking for more suggestions. Thanks
