Recapping my first year on blast and cruise

So I just ran this

June- August, ran
100 Tren eod
250 test
Some eca in the month of August for a few weeks

Got down to 218 and a measured 8pt caliper 10% body fat

Now given deca and test enanthate take a good 6 weeks or so, give or take, to get up to peak levels I began blasting them the first week of August

So I went to 500 test 300 deca

After 5 weeks of the deca I went up to 600 on the pcom amps I had been saving since Christmas.

In the first week of sep I started running 20mg of superdrol a day and after a week went up to 30mg and ran that till today.

During all this I took my calories from (1st week of August) I jumped from 1800 overnight 3000 calories and increased by 400 a week till I hit 5000 calories on training days.

At the end of my cut I was 215lbs.

Since then my body fat has gone up 2% I got measured this morning fasted without having trained. So about 12%, but the bloat from nandrolone is real. I look 5 months pregnant from the mineral retention. But duck that's how muscle grows in one facet, high saturation of sodium and potassium around the cell.

My morning weight today was 245lbs.
I am amazed by the results superdrol gave me, even if it's not all or any actual contractile protein growth. Just the fact that these substances are available and give these effects is amazing.

Like I had to restrain myself after the first two weeks because my strength went up so much. My bench went up from like 200 up to 250 in two weeks. That's legit a 20% increase. People work 24 weeks for those kinds of results, I did it in 14 days. Or should I say the drugs did it for me.

I'm going to just run a cruise dose of test and bump the deca up to a gram for the last 8 weeks of my blast.

And that will probably run me all the way through the 8-10 week cruise I'll go on after Christmas. I'm going to see how much tissue I can accumulate with getting fat , but honestly With a gram of deca and the amount of heavy shit I'll be able to
Move will allow me to eat like a horse and recover like a mother fucker, especially with all the carbs I'll sleep so good.

I have really high sensitivity to DHT for MPB and just fuck that. I'd rather just take the exp I've earned and figure out what works for me and what doesn't.

Like I do well on Tren and deca but I can't look at masteron. Which I'm
Pissed about cause I got four bottles from POTG sitting around.

Tren definitely has the 5X androgen activity of test, it just makes my attitude
So bad. By week 8/9-12 I was Just awful and I didn't even really feel good anymore. But fuck the gains, incredible on 100eod. Couldn't imagine how diced I could get on 100 ed, Sunday off and if I could stick to super low calories and lots of cardio. But honestly a drug that affects brain chemistry like that and low calories and being tired from cutting is just a bad recipe unless you're self employed and single. But shit you'll get pussy, but after a day you'll want that bitch out cause she'll annoy me lol.

But all in all I've been on cycle since November when I first started with 500mg test and haven't looked back.

I knew wouldn't want to come off so I didn't commit for three months until I knew it was what I wanted to do for life. And I've been happier and more motivated and just a better person in general thanks to just the test and some good magnesium and cutting out porn. Fuck I'm calmer and just more dominant and less anxious. I've racked up a body count of like 50 girls since January lol.

And ever since I gained this last bit of weight it's been too easy! Plus I'm off Tren so Everyone wins!

The other
Anabolics are a great treat though shit.

I think it's time I donate blood and get my fuckin kidneys checked sheesh. I should probably take a good 3 months off to be honest!

That said,

Lol

Next blast is

200mg test a week
50mg ment eod
100mg Tren ed but Sunday
And 25mg of drol every EIGHT hours to avoid sides as suggested by Ameen

Then I should prob take a year off and apply for a liver and kidney transplant

I agree with Evom. I’m 225 and doin 385 for doubles. Can’t hit 405 for shit but that’s a good jump in weight. Oh well.

Back on topic. OP what are your stats right now? Squat, deads? Are you following a workout program?

That’s a long ass time on cycle. That’s all I gotta say.

Live by the sword, die by the sword brother. Respect [emoji110]

PS. Something wrong with your bench. At the end of my cut, I was 205lbs flat and single digit BF. Still squeezed out a 290 bench looking flat.

Are you PL or BB?

DQ

I was weak as shit and never really stayed in a calorie surplus before this bulk. Never really gave myself the food and a program to increase strength. I feel like having food in me is helping increase strength.

Before my cut I was only able to hit 210lbs for a single on bench.

So yeah I'm weak as fuck but I'm going to spend this year eating and growing.

I was pathetically skinny before this with 15" arms and 24in thighs at 6ft6

As long as u look good who cares about strength.

I agree as with rapid increases in strength come the increased risk of injury and I can attest to that as I had a nasty bicep injury 3 weeks into my first cycle as I got a bit ahead of myself doing heavy bent over barbell rows 225lbs. Pulled left arm apart and strained the left bicep as lost control of the bar.

Lesson learned. I plan to be conservative in my weight progression and going more for reps than weight when running my next cycle.

I second this as long as your not going to be a powerlifter. I was worried about numbers and didn't like my physique. Leaning out now and I have lost a lot of strength but I've been concentrating on working on my symmetry and looking good af without a shirt.

I've been on cycle twice this year. The first 6 months and the second 6 months lol.

I know man I know!

I cut calories and cut fat for since
March with only two weeks off in the middle.

By the end I could only press the 80's for 6 on an incline. 4 weeks later I'm pressing 105x12 after 8 sets on an upward pyramid of 6,6,8,8,10,10,12,12.

I am addicted to the rush of taking the oral and going into the gym. But, I feel like it's dangerous the amount of acute strength increase that it brings.

But again, experience is key and if I am
To learn from my experience and be like okay, I just gained 18 months of strength gains without having to work, I should prob not
Do my working sets that high lol.

Not gonna lie, I did have a couple bench workouts where I just went for it. But there's a difference between having a good coach and being on gear and them telling you what to do for weight when you are going for it cause you're having a good day vs being alone and being like yeah I just added 3000 calories in 6 weeks and
All these AAS are kicking in. Think I'll add an extra 75lbs to my bench press today.

That shit would take a year for a natural depending on what weight range it is. But for my lanky ass going from 200 up to 275 even on a high calorie bulk (which is tremendous for strength if you know how to
Dial in macros and separate carbs and fats), as a natty I would maybe go up 2% a week. On gear and this
Blast I
Could go up 5% and add another rep too.

Just amazing

I hear you. But muscle density does come with functional hypertrophy rep ranges.

I'm up Chris Bumstead's ass though I wanna be like him. And he's younger than me lol

Sounds dangerous to me to be taking so much with so little experience, just my 2 cents but I wish the best for you and your gains
