recent bloodwork help

i was mid cycle on the labs
when did you blast the last time? or were you currently blasting while taking your bloods back in 2025 jan.
just started the blast in january, i ramped up mg every month to finally settle at 375 test/200 mast/175 npp, had to pull the plug in April though due to injury (tore rotator cuffs/re-ruptured bicep tendon)

they don't know how i got it ? I think its from hard living , dehydrating my body to the extreme for years straight, as soon as my nephrologist knew i take testosterone, he started trying to say "well theres ya go" lol hes an elderly dr, so i asked him if he was current on trt protocols for hypogonadism,, he sheepishly said no, we ended that bs theory and conversation right there, i hate these old outdated dr they are still running in the health care system, so uneducated on current , basic shit,,

thats the problem with doctors, you do anything outside the norm they assume its that with absolutely no thinking behind it. cant even tell doctors shit because the first thing they hear they run with. very scientific

they dont do this because they're idiots, they do this to cover their own ass. they have done their job go away so they can get paid

and their ego. their ego makes them think of the simplest solution because its easier for them to dismiss a patient and feel they resolved it easily, and that you are just an overeacting peasant

My nephrologist is s "bare minimum" kind of dr, "is there a medical need" is his answer when i ask for certain blood tests, jfc , i adked him for some liver tests, nope, does not see a "medical need" because last test " werent that bad" , anyway i have another Cystatin c&egfr test plus basic metabolic panel to check how things are moving along since 2 months of jardiance,,

i have switched doctors 3 times and i couldnt find anyone useful.

eventually i had to complain about him, for now im atleast getting full free bloodwork(the state has limited some bloodwork for private payers so i cant even get what i want without doctor doing it through public healthcare).

i geniuenly believe theres no good doctors they're all trash

people in a hospital is much better

thus dumb ass dr acts like these tests are coming outta his pocket, i will most likely complain and try to get another dr, just bs because its basically startin* over, the health care system in California is bs,,

It's probably cause they accept insurance.
They'll start getting questioned if they prescribe a whole list of tests to patients on a monthly basis.

doctors hate when you suggest things and will immediately disregard anything you say as not possible because they didn't think of it because the whole reason they became a doctor is their ego, 95% of the time

trying to find that 5% of doctors that is just a smart guy with the aptitude and likes helping but doctors are generally a bunch of idiots that think that life is still university

Working in the medical field can definitely agree with this. The trick often times is psychologically convincing them whatever you need is their idea not yours. Sad you have to use sales tactics to get medical care though.

yeah ive played dumb a few times so they can feel like the smart one.
have to literally dumb down my vernacular or else they think i'm just repeating things from the internet.
"oh gee i do this and i get kind of whoozy dont know what thats called but me no feel good doctor"

Update,
nephrologist (bare minimum dr) ordered some bloodwork for my 2 month jardiance follow up, very basic bloodwork, lol he's worthless ,,
Also my pcp ordered some more comprehensive bloodwork that i pretty much just made a list, since i have recently checked my hormone levels, with regards to my high e2 i have been taking dex to lower it in a "nice" level, will test in a few weeks, but all other markers are "in order" for my current situation,, here are some tests ,, IMG_2809.webp

E2 was a 71 /so working on that, these labs were taken 48 hrs post injection , i already had a "trough" test so this was just useful data,, IMG_0892.webp

this was recent labs my crappy nephrologist ordered, some improvement, very slight improvement, still waiting on the Cystatin c/eGFR with creatinine test , my other more extensive tests were somehow denied by my insurance for some reason, i have to "jump through the hoops" for that, lol , also included was a urine analysis, i don't quite understand the glucose reading of +3 if anyone could shed some light on that , tia,, IMG_0960.webpIMG_0961.webpIMG_0962.webp

Glucose in urin +3 is a scale nothing would be negative, + just a trace, +1 above 250mg, +2 above 500mg, +3 above 1000mg

You are on a SLGT2 right? So you basically just peed out a lot of glucose in this very moment and its considered a "warning" as normal people dont usually pee out glucose until a renal threshold of 180 or higher has been reached where the kidney would do the same as a slgt2 would do
