recipes for oats

yea-put it in the microwave and then put ground cinnamon on it-then hold your nose and swallow-don't chew. After 6 years of 2cups a day (give or take)- chewing becomes obsolete
 
I have been doing steele cut oats for a few years. Cook them in large batch and reheat a portion daily. Add a little sugar free maple syrup or hazelnut coffee creamer.
