Got my second pack today good to go
Feeling stronger every day and slowly getting back to where I was with strength.
My as were a good 18" no pump
Now after about 3 weeks there already down 17" no pump.

Did shoulders and legs yesterday.
Thought I was ready for delts but woke up with tingles again.
Now in the front.

Did arms yesterday
Triceps were gtg weight was heavy and shoulders gave me zero issues.
But left hi cep still struggling with a 20 lb dumb bell.
So I did a 2 hr bi cep work out.
Did a set of 10 every 5 mins.
Both got really sore in the peak area.
Outer peaks looking way better.

Maybe the area there in has a slow usps office.

Other then that the Tb500 and Bcp157 have been working.

Today's update

Ok so my back is about 85% back but my left bicep is taking its sweet ass time....

Dayum chest is almost 100% back to what it was before this injury.
Had a amazing chest day yesterday.
My tri ceps loved my close grip burn out sets at the end.

Ok so my back is about 85% back but my left bicep is taking its sweet ass time....

Cool and good to hear. I am still waiting on my order. It took them a long time to get it shipped after I paid. At least a long time vs other sources I have bought from. Says it will be here on Saturday which is around 10 days after I paid just to get to Cali.

Yeah they did same to me printed the tracker but turned it in a week later.
It's all good.
That is what a lot of sources do.

Just did 4 vials Bcp157 and Tb500

Well 4 vials later and my back delt is headed up. And my outer bi cep is almost back to normal. That healed faster then I thought.

I am 6'4" and having 18" arms is not easy for me being a natural skinny guy.

But they are almost there again.

Today they were 18 1/2 pumped but my left bicep is not the same. It use to be better then my right one now it's like it's still not flexing to its full capability.

But the head dropped again so I am happy. Left one looks deca bloated but better then having half a bicep.

Maybe there is some slight nerve damage.

Other then that these products are amazing.

The left peak also looks different then before maybe it healed closer to elbow.

Damn sorry to hear that. Hope it gets back to 100% fast for ya.

I bought a couple bottles of Tb500 from recon but took close to 10 days to get it and communication wasn’t the best. So I ended up going back to limitless life nootropics which was only about $7 more per bottle but came in like 4 days with better communication. Not sure if I will use recon again.
