Reduce fat now or later?

I am currently 6ft. 1inch and weigh 235Lbs. I figure I could lose thirty pounds of fat to look fairly trim. i am currently training heavy eating very clean (strict protein & carb diet 3000 4000 calories a day). I am doing a cyle of EQ 600mg and Test E 600mg a week. This is my first cycle.

Should I start doing more cardio now to reduce fat or continue as I have been? Will doing alot of cardio reduce my lean muscle gains? I am thinking eat big, and train big during the winter months and worry about the fat later on. What do you guys think?

How much cardio should I do at this time?

Thanks

,

It looks like you started a cycle unsure of your goals, which is not a good thing to do..and your first cycle no less, you should have had a clear idea of what your plans and goals were BEFORE you started the cycle. I'm thinking maybe this is why people haven't responded, I don't know. In my opinion since you already started your cycle, and it's your first cycle, so i'm sure you want to get the most of it, I would just bulk. They say your first cycle should be your best cycle. I think you should do what you said in the end, eat big, train big, and don't worry about taking fat off right now. Hope all is going well for you.

Definitely bulk on the first cycle...this doesn't mean you have to eat every oatmeal cream pie in sight, but get at least 5000 cals in (you may need a weight gain drink) and train hard.

Thanks for the reply. As I posting the question I realized I was answering the question for myself. I will eat big & train big till April then worry about cutting. Again thanks for the reply.

If losing 30lbs of fat is only going to make you look fairly trim,i say a bulk cycle now is a big mistake. By the time you get to the cut cycle, you will have alot of fat to trim off and i think it will be very hard in that short of time before spring. I say get some Tren and add it to this cycle your doing now. Go for lean mass by eating clean and do the cardio if you feel you need it for stamina because it will effect muscle gain

The discussion seems to be very much useful and informative for the people who are suffering because of the excess weight and fat. Have you heard about one of the best product CHEATmeals. It is a good natural product which providing a good solution for the fat and digestive problems without any side effects. I found this product and its information from the site http://www.hflopportunity.com/111-5-3-7.html
