Refillable injector pen

Does anybody know a source for carts with published manufacturing standards? Would love to know if the carts are made using USP Type 1 borosilicate glass, for instance. "Trust me bro" standards are insufficient for daily lifelong injections, sterility is only one concern. I tried asking about this on STG once and was attacked for it, lol.

Are there cartridges that are safe to use with oils or is this not possible? I understand that people have said standard cartridges start to degrade when exposed.

First time injector pen user here.

I bought 3 ml cartridges from kstek and sterilized them in a pressure cooker (the indicator turned black).

I reconstituted two days ago a fresh vial of HCG from driada with bac water (also reconstituted some other peptides with it on the same day without problems) and put it into the sterilized cartridge. The solution was clear, but now two days later my cartridge has floating opaque particles in it and bubbles were forming on the rubber of the cartridge.

Anyone knows what's going on? Contamination, dissolved rubber (from the benzyl alcohol?), degraded/denatured HCG?

The carts aren't compatible with BA BB or oil.
However with bac it shouldnt be a problem since it's only 0.9% ba.

Search my messages in this thread. If the rubber is grey it's usually resistant to oils. I've got some test E in a cartridge that's months old without signs of degredation.

Any particular reason? Ive been using them just fine for a while now with MCT oil AAS. They dont leave any sort of residue as the plunger goes in and they seem perfectly clear months later. It is a bit slower to plunge so I just give it more time at the end to normalize.

Measurements seem ok. I did a carefully measured 1mL with NPP 100mg initially just to test it out. 20 clicks a day and on 5th I got 18 clicks before it stopped. So slightly off by about 2% (overall), and 10% on the singular injection, assuming my 1mL was accurate. Over many pins, having one off by 10% was not significant enough for me to worry.

These are insulin pens designed to deliver insulin. There was never a medical requirement for them to be chemically compatible with mct ba bb or eo. Even pharma multi use insulin carts do not contain b.a.

The parts dissolve in MCT ba bb EO.

Even the USP rated insulin carts using way better parts are not compatible. You can Google the parts yourself. I would not in any way expect any china vendor's carts to be compatible.

I thought you said that but wasn’t sure if beyond visual inspection to seethe color if there was a brand name or specific type. Mine are gray FWIW but never have put oils in them.

If it helps I bought mine from Ks-Tek on aliexpress.

I really don't understand how useful 3ml of oil is gonna be tho? Unless its for a female.
