I have achilles tendionosis along with the surrounded leg muscles being injured too.
I have been doing the double legged heel drop exercise every 4th day for about a year now.
For the last four months the exercise has been feeling a bit too easy, so i have started to make a full contraction when going up, meaning that i do the calf raises all the way up until i stand on my toes.
So my question is, is it okay to do the exercise like that? Getting all the way up on your toes and holding it there for a second or two? Or should this be avoided and perhaps go a different route, like adding more sets instead? Thanks!
