Deciding on ordering Ment

Not sure how much I will run, but I will have it all.

I am thinking low dose TRT to keep e2 in check for the ment and run ment along with npp, obviously with GH.

200mg/wk test c
500mg/wk NPP
?/wk ment ? (200mg/wk?)
10iu hgh ed
Will prolly stay on maintenance dose Tirz, 5mg/wk?

Planning to run this as long as I dont feel like Im dying, maybe middle July.
I am open to discussion if anyone with more experience wants to chime in
 
Last push for this last little bit of fat while I wait for all my bulking supplies to get in.

I was hovering around 201 for the last couple weeks pretty much,
194.4 this morning, got definition now around my top side ribcage when I flex my lats (no idea the proper term)
Calories are…. low.
Motivation in the gym is very dead, but I continue on, all I care about is gone.

2nd week of 25MG Tirz is going well, no hiccups or throwing up. Feel good, down to one shake, something like 180 protein sub 30 carbs and around 6 fats without quoting my book of notes.
Swapped HGH from morning to all before bed trying to aid in sleep, isnt helping as I still wake up every hr or so throughout the night, terrible it has been.
Added in creatine supplement couple days ago,
Not too sure i will log my bulk, i may just randomly show back up as a sikkcunt and post a single picture.

I took that as his daily nutrition is down to one shake, but the writing is not a model of clarity.
I was pretty sure he was saying he’s only eating one shake per day too.

Seems completely unnecessary at this point. But he’s on enough anabolics he won’t lose muscle. Just feel terrible.

It is not just unnecessary. It is harmful to his goals.

Physical appearance is going to be better with a better diet.

In addition to the mental sides of such a restricted diet.

It just does not line up with his stated goals of wanting the end result to be a certain way.

It is self sabotage.

I'm wondering why he hasn't responded to the recent questions about the "shake." It's concerning because my understanding of prolonged "crash" dieting—and, in this case, while on extreme hormones—may cause damage to organs and so forth. He knows what he's doing, but I just want to check if he hasn't lost site of that. Or, maybe I'm overthinking.

Best assessment right here. Rekky is about to get rekt, but to each his own and also hope he doesn't get some nasty health issues.

Wait, you were on 500/600mg test while dieting now you're on 200mg test while bulking? if i read this correctly lol
You're doing something right and that's easing into your bulk. Your metabolism must be cooked from starving yourself. You can definitely add more calories and carbs tho..
I've personally never gone under 180g carbs at 8% bf.
If you're scared like most of us are when reversing the diet simply add 25g carbs every week.
6g of fats? There's absolutely no need for that either.

Meals will be 56G Protein, 150G Carbs each. Fats low as possible for day, should be able to stay under 15g
Each meal will have 56 prot from the start and I will work the carbs up to the 150G over time.
I will be checking each meal during and after bg to assess.


M1 7am
M2 10am
M3 230pm
M4 530pm (pre gym)
M5 730pm (post gym)

9pm snackie

Daily total - 4255 Calories
280G protein
750G Carbs

Will adjust carbs as I need to go up.
Will be following a PPL, twice a week each muscle group.
Chest + biceps
Back + tris/shoulders
Legs
Rest,
Repeat.
(I swap bis/tris around unconventionally, as I feel I can hit them better on the opposite days of them being used on the main movements)

Hey, this outline seems like it may be a great improvement for your potential daily nutrition & meal planning. At least with trying out the more regular eating times and increased volume. Glad you are taking care in this way.

What tools or methods do you use for checking & tracking your bg?
