I'm confused at to how this works, and can't seem to find much in the way of articles for more information. @Michael Scally MD I figured you could drop some insight. So we all know that serms block estrogen from reaching the hypothalamus and in turn it cranks out more lh to ramp up test production in the testes. Here is where i get lost. So after pct the serm is still slowly being removed from your system and the hypothalamus starts to see estrogen again and ramps down LH to become balanced. I understand this is why you wait till well after the serm has cleared to get bloods. So assuming the serm raised your levels to at or above natural levels, what mechanism allows the body to remain, or lower to your precycle levels after the effects of the serm have worn off. If you are not hypogonadal is there ever a time even after serm usage has ceased that the body will not accept this "new" norm of levels? Is there ever a time that bloods will drop below baseline of precycle after pct but then later on after full recovery has happened it levels back out?
