I realize I wrote that I did not want overnight results but 2 or 3 years is much longer then I was thinking. I don't have time to be in a gym for more then and hour a day I know my diet is not close to optium at this point and could also use and appreciate some recomendations on diet and supplements. I have been working out for a while with little results and am ready to see some. Please explain why you thinks its a bad idea not just tell me that it is. I posted my first message before I looked through the site and have answered some of my own questions. Thanks

well for diet advice, go to the nutritional section. and then hit the traing forum. learn how to eat right and different methods of training and you'll grow without the use of AAS.

have a nice day

ok, i just read your other thread. so to answer you why you shouldnt take AAS now, its simple...you just dont need it. at your height and weight, all you need to do is train the RIGHT way and eat the RIGHT way. there are 3 main and very important steps in growing muscle....and in no particular order they are:
1: proper traing
2: proper diet
3: proper rest

without these 3, AAS is a waste and you'll just get fat. you have plenty of room to grow. get a weight gainer shake and try to consume 4000 cals a day. that along with the right training and a good solid 8 hrs of sleep every night will amaze you with the results.

have a nice day
