rest time after hitting a wall

I am off cycle and have been for a while.. I am really lean and healthy imo. I have been going 100mph for a month in every aspect. I was not working out that much. Just some deadlifts to keep in shape. I hit a serious wall and needed 2 days of rest. I feel amazing today and was wondering when I should start my deadlifts again. It has been a week.

o_O Maybe I am a little slow tonight but I am going to be completely honest with you here man. I don't know what in the hell you are asking.

I was walking my dog today and realized that both of my posts made no sense. Today is the first day after feeling exhausted and resting well for 3, that I feel 100%. I mean really tired, like hit a wall tired. Was today the day to work out? I did not. Sorry for being a moron and I hope that I make more sense now.

Brother, I don't think anyone but yourself can tell you when you should work out or not. Listen to your body. If you feel good get in the gym. I am in the gym even if I am tired but that's just me.

I go through the same thing. I sometimes will even get sick. Some say push through, it'll make you stronger. I think that's bull shit. As long as I keep my diet clean I will take as much as a week off when I'm floored. The amazing thing is I come back stronger. That just tells me I needed the rest and needed to heal. Three days is sufficient if you feel it is. Just don't feel bad if you go longer. You're doing more than the mass of the humans on the planet. You f**cking earned it.

I literally thought you had ran into a wall....

Anyways only you can tell yourself when you're recovered and ready to restart. Take a break it does wonders on the body. Just don't take a year off ;)
