Reta 6mg once or 2mg EOD

Currently at 3mg of Reta after doing a few weeks at 2mg and not seeing much. Honestly I want to jump to 6mg per week and wondering if I should do all 6mg in one shot or split it into 2mg every other day
 
i switched from 2.5mg tirz to just under 2mg reta and running 0.6mg mon, wed, fri..

However, I am mainly taking it for the insulin sensitivity benefits and microdosing helps avoid the increased rhr.
So for myself it's use is less for the appetite suppression you may get from a single larger dose.
 
I'm injecting daily (20mg weekly) and I hardly feel the appetite suppressing effect anymore. Did dosing frequently cause tolerance to build up faster? Who knows. I'd use it like you're supposed to just in case - once a week.
 
I'd split it in 2 at least. Currently I'm doing a bit more than 6mg and i pin it eod. I'm on that dose for about a month and now it seems it starts to have some effect on my appetite.

If appetite suppression is not your priority (it shouldn't in the first place with reta) then split the dose to avoid potentially side effects.

really, 20mg/week of reta? That's the most I've heard everywhere!

I had better experience splitting.
Now, the appetite suppression goes away quickly, not necessarily you need to up the dose, food partitioning, insulin sensitivity and higher metabolism are still at play.

And based on studies, there were no changes to subcutaneous fat or liver fat above 8mg/week in humans for 48 weeks.

I never did more than 6mg week, i was at 4 for long time, just with a decent diet and training, fat melts away with it, some low dose test and gh will keep the muscle mass.
 
I split into two doses a week but I'm noticing the day I pin it takes about 24 hours for the drug to kick in so I have a day of super cravings that drives me nuts.

I'm tempted to start trying EOD pinning to prevent this. I'm only using reta to maintan weight right now though and my weight definitely hangs out at 158 so I guess it's doing its job.

I've been doing EOD, right before bed. It kicks into gear by wake up time.
