Reta and cholesterol

Been on low dose reta for about 2 months. Cholesterol went from not good to pretty damn good! LDL from 147 to 97. HDL 36 to 70. Total 200 to 182.
Reta kicks ass!

Did you change your diet meanwhile? Or started taking/stopped any other drugs? And how much weight did you lose?

I'm interested because studies seemed to point out that reta and GLP1s in general reduce mostly triglycerides, with only minor reductions of LDL.

Hmm, my diet got worse after cycle. I lost cycle weight, but did not lean out but a little. Var screwed up my lipids, but my pre cycle BW was worse than my post cycle BW. Same supps. Maybe ate more fish...

Well your cholesterol is pretty good even after the var. I'm surprised reta lowered your LDL that dramatically, but hey, good for you. I wish it had the same effect on me.

holy shit those numbers are actually insane for only two months of work man. hitting a 70 hdl while your ldl drops fifty points is literally a dream come true for your heart health especially on a low dose too. it is crazy how much this stuff helps with the internal markers and not just the weight loss. i keep hearing more and more people saying their bloodwork is coming back perfect on reta so this just confirms it really is the goat. keep doing whatever your doing because those results are freaking beautiful lol congrats on the progress.
