reta dosing frequency

I do tirz, reta exactly as the makers of the drug tested with. I know as bodybuilders we are always looking for the absolute max optimization.

However I tried the split dosing for a while, then just went back to one shot a week on Monday. Standard dose no microdosing or whatever. It works just fine. The drugs active live and buildup is more than enough where microdosing it in tiny amounts is very unlikely in the real world to be better in some magic way except for making you pin yourself more.

The mean half-life is about 6 days with a small variance of about a day or so. Weekly administration will work just fine for improved insulin sensitivity once stable serum concentration is reached.

I've seen some gym influencers and even prescribing physicians speaking about increased frequency of administration and using crazy high doses but the literature doesn't support that.

I primarily use it for appetite suppression so I dose it as needed. I aim for the minimum effective dose to minimize tolerance build up. Some times I do .5mg after 3 days of my previous injection, some times I might wait 8 days if my appetite is still crushed. Works for me.

I tried microdosing Reta (2x week) , even at low total weekly dose the overlap seemed to have crushed my appetite even worse, because I could simply not eat on that and I was only taking .75 mg per week crushed my appetite

The “long-acting” GLP-1 were created for weekly dosing to improve adherence for those unwilling or unable to do more frequent injections. They also deliver a higher Cmax up front, which can matter for individuals with reduced sensitivity and potentially offering stronger early effects on insulin response and appetite suppression .

For healthy people with normal receptor sensitivity, you could argue that daily micro dosages should yield the same result after 6 weeks

But who the f knows? Aside from the weekly protocols we just have anedoctal reports on microdosing .

When I ran Tirz I was doing EOD. After that I swapped to Reta and am keeping at weekly dose.
