Reta during a growth phase?

Hey everyone! I’m new to this forum and have found a lot of great advice here, so I wanted to ask a question of my own. Someone I know recently suggested that using GLP-3 during a growth phase can be beneficial because of its role in increasing insulin sensitivity. He warned me to monitor digestion and to micro-dose in order to avoid unwanted issues, though for all my growth phases I keep my food intake around 95% clean. Since I’ve never tried this before, I wanted to get some insight from more knowledgeable people and see what you all have to say. Thank you!

Mr Pedantic here - Reta is a GLP-1 (that also acts on GIP and glucagon), not a GLP-3. The human body doesn't even contain the GLP-3 hormone, but other animals like sharks do. Same idea with Tirz - not a GLP-2. The human body does contain that hormone but it has nothing to do with weight loss and none of these meds have anything to do with this hormone.

That aside, I take reta during bulking phases for several reasons. It helps manage blood glucose from my HGH, it helps me to not binge eat (fat kid at heart for life), and the delayed gastric emptying means I never get protein farts any more.

Yeah I love running it at 1-2mg per week when bulking and it’s perfect with HGH. I’ve tried higher and had more gut issues, so I'd definitely pay attention to your gut/digestion. Also include fermented food such as sour kraut, kimchi etc daily. It sounds stupid but definitely a game changer when it comes to digestion while running GLP’s
