Retatrutide dosages

With sema you have to monitor and watch your bowels closely as if you let them back up your fucked, water intake also important and diabetes control is amazing as I've been between 5.3 and as of yesterday's results 5.1 A1c. I have no info for triz but watch my girls reta use closely and her biggest issue is getting in calories as she has zero appetite most days. I can now use my sema and eat whatever I want and how much because my lifting and cardio allows me to stay in a 5 lb weight swing no matter the volume.

Ive not mentioned sema in this thread
Was that the go to one first

I be honest i need help with stopping cravings for sweet/sugary stuff

@BamaCrazy mentioned reta is weightlifter glp could you explain more for me please

Im stuck on what one to use , without losing muscle

With Bodybuilding/weightlifting gaining mass and strength are important. On Tirz I struggled to eat enough, much less enough that would lead to any meaningful gains in the gym. I was usually always at a caloric deficit on Tirz. Thinking of eating on Tirz was unpleasant.

On Reta if I want to eat excess calories I can. I enjoy food again. But I never feel like I’m going to lose control and eat everything in the house. If I want to stop eating I have no issues putting the fork down. If I decide I want to cut calories and get more cut that’s fairly easy also on Reta. It has become just another tool in my tool bag for weightlifting.

What dose do you use now in "bulking" and which positive benefits are you obtaining from it? Glucose management only or do you feel it prevents excessive fat accumulation (metabolism upregulation)?

Definitely glucose management which helps when I am using GH. But I also find that I can eat almost anything and everything and never gain fat as long as I’m training. My metabolism is off the charts. If I was to go into a caloric deficit I know I could drop my BF % significantly and fast.

Plus there are the anti inflammatory benefits gained which is a benefit of all GLPs. And possible risk reduction of kidney disease.

I am on 8mg but about to increase to 10mg. Mainly for dosing simplicity. I bought a Reta 50 kit and 10mg gets me 5 weeks a vial. There are members on here taking much higher doses and are able to pack on the pounds when needed.

I am also bulking and with a relatively high amount of HGH. Therefore I have been interested in using retra to collect the benefits you mentioned. But I was thinking I could achieve that at much lower dosages because at 8mg, based on what I have read, I would not be able to eat the amount of calories I need to grow.

It depends on the person. 4mg might be enough. Maybe even lower. Start at 2mg and work your way up if needed.

Its super dependent on each person. The trial amounts everyone talks about were for obese people so do you need that high of a dose? Probably not. If you already eat pretty healthy and dont have wacked out bg you can probably get benefits at a lower dose. I got on it about 6 weeks ago and started 1mg x 2 week and was nauseous and had the sun burn feeling pretty bad on my legs. Stayed on that dose for a couple weeks but barely ate, switched to .75mg E3D and its a bit better. Im going into a bulk soon and going to switch to .25mg E3D to cut the appetite suppression Ive got.

Are you saying then on reta

U dont lose muscle mass but u bulk up without putting on fat?

Im confused lol
Yes, Reta is different from Sema, which mainly works by slowing digestion and suppressing appetite. The appetite suppression isn’t nearly as strong in Reta which is a glucagon receptor agonist, which helps the body burn more fat for energy. Plus, trials consistently show less muscle loss with Reta compared to Sema or Tirz.

Also Retra is top tier for Hba1c and homa improvement. Nothing beats that.

I'm on third week with Reta, my intention was doing 1,5mg every 5 days but then i've read about many people having success with 1,5mg per week either bolus or 3X0,5mg and i decided to take it slow and do 1,5mg bolus once a week.

I'm looking mostly for the benefits besides appetite suppression. So far my appetite hasn't changed, or my cravings, but i've noticed when i'm go full bore with my usual cheat meals i can't finish em off. Which is not a bad thing ofc since i'm leaving some for the next day lol.

Next week i'm gonna bump it to 2. Honestly i ain't seeing myself doing 10 or 15mg a week, it's gonna be too expensive for me and if i need a true appetite suppressant i'll switch to sema.

Is Tirza no option or do you purely want to focus on appetite suppression?
