Retatrutide dosages

I'm on 9 weeks of reta. Started at 2mg. Right now I am at 5 and down 16 lbs. But honestly I am backing off back to 4mg. Run the lowest dose you need...you can always titrate up. I have another 30lbs to lose and I am also running 3ius of HGH. Great stuff!

I'm right where you are on week 9. Started 2mg first 4 weeks, up to 4mg another 4 weeks and just did a 6mg shot yesterday and it's hammering me. Will see how weigh in goes next Friday and sides. The acid reflux and hammering my appetite to smithereens has returned like the first week I took it. Also down 15lbs as of yesterday.

I'm going to be dropping back to 5mg or possibly 4mg next week, did 6mg thurs and I've been nauseas and hardly able to eat anything.
You got some good stuff then. I’ve been experimenting with micro dosing two times a week, but I don’t know it feels like when dose per week has seem to work better for my fat loss. Like one large dose seems to have a better effect on fat burning properties vs smaller multiple doses.

I've definitely toyed with the idea of splitting twice weekly, but once weekly has been great for me, this is the roughest it's been. 4mg was perfect eating good was easy and could hit my macros without too much issue. Think I fell 1000cal short yesterday I couldn't get even a shake down. So far today I've managed a shake and about 2 eggs...

From what I’ve seen I would stay at 4mg for as long as you need. I think there is something to be said of a big amount all at once

Reta makes some people (me included) crave sweets. It’s random but happens about once a week. I just do not keep sweets at the house. But as Nidus is suggesting a lot of gastrointestinal issues from GLPs is caused by dietary choices. Eat healthy. Eat small meals. Stay hydrated. That helped me a lot.
I crave sweets more on Reta also, random though not everyday.

On 13mg/1x a week now.
Recent blood-work showed no deficiency issues with zinc, iron, ferritin, b12, magnesium and vitaminD.
Only vitaminD(winter) and magnesium(for sleep) was supplemented.
Zinc and B12 was >75% with zero supplementation.
Ferritin elevated as usual (Was about time to donate blood).

Planning to increase to 15mg (7.5/2x a week) in a few weeks to keep it easier to calculate vs 13mg. Will be maintaining at the 15mg/week dose for at least 48 weeks. I believe the trials used 12mg for 48 weeks. UGL is weaker ofc so I'm using 15mg.

No issues eating on current dose (I think most people here should be used to eating past the point of hunger). Only sides i see is the increase in RHR which I'm hoping will subside.
