I weigh 200 lbs and am running 500 mg test e and 500 mg of deca and 300 mg prop masteron, i pin in delts on Sunday night n wedneaday night 3 ccs( is it okay to put these three in same syringe, havent had any issues thus far twoweeks in) shud i pin two more tims on tuwaday and friday night wit 100mg masteron prop? looking to add on a lot of muscle, i never been this light i use to be a solid 225 benching 225x24 and sqauting 225x24, i am 23 years old and have been workong out my entire life and playong sporta but the kast siz months i have looked at the gym differently as a way to sculpt my body, btw this is my first time cycling, i tried to be prepared before i started as in obtaining knowledge but like i said im all ears

about 4000 calories and 300 p 100c 100f has been effiexeint for me and i workout chest shoulders n triceps on monday n thuraday tueaday n friday is back n biceps and wesneaday n saturday is legs, i do abs on monday wed n friday, also i warm up doing 30 minitea running pre workout and i do 3-4 days hard cardio, i work in the auto body industry also ao im always active, i take just whey protiwn and of course bcaas

Rep ranges? Number of sets. Those macro values add up to 2500 calories. Your not even close to 4k.
 
I dont have my diet written and specified, i try to eat what everyone on here eats throught the day about6-8 meals, the usual plain chicken, yougurt, egg whites oatmel cup of rice wit my chicken or dinner depending what i decide to pick up from the store, always try to keep the salt down no saturated fats or fats at all unless post or pre workout, i dont have Als on hand, this is my first time down this block so im hoping im not being a "idiot" , i dont have expereience but within the last two weeks ive never felt better and my body is chAnging a lot quicker since i started this gear, blood tests dont lie though, btw i pin in my delts

Write down what you eat everyday. Doing it any other way and you will be short changing yourself, I've seen it 100 times here.
