This is for all us old bros just trying to live the best life.

I'm 43 and went hard into PEDs when I was in my 20's. Things were a little different then. The internet was in its infancy and people began to disperse good and reliable information regarding cycles and compounds. Sources on the other hand were a little shady online. I sourced mostly through my local gym and then in college.

I took a break off PEDs and did pretty well to maintain muscle mass in my late twenties. I decided to come off and have a family. Easy peasy. Then FUCKING CHILDREN HAPPENED. Say goodbye to hitting the gym between a career and crying children. So I got fat.

Ended up getting on TRT in my 30's because I was fat. Been coasting since then. Finally got back in the swing of things last 4 years. COVID times motivated me to get back into gear. Lost a shit ton of weight. Hit the gym hard. Had some modest gains.

Now, I'm looking to get my ass back into some better cosmetic shape. At my peak, I was 6 foot, 180lb, 10% body fat. At my worst, I was 250lbs and fat AF. Now I'm getting back down to under 200.

Cardio is pretty good. A lot of zone 2. Lifting 6 days a week with progressive overload. Trying to follow renaissance periodization.

Looking to hop back on gear for a brief period. Aiming 3 cycles of 12 weeks. Would love to get back to 10% BF, keep my hair, and no titties. Is that a lot to ask?

Get a checkup kidney/liver funtion ect.

Be conservative in the use of PEDs and stick to a well balanced diet aligned with your goals.

Continue your progressive overload training regimen.

Continue regular blood work...

To minimize risk gynecomastia, consider compounds with lower estrogenic activity and consider the use of an AI. Focus on long-term health and well-being over short-term gains.

Great detailed intro bud. Life definitely hits hard and takes us off course. Welcome back to the dark side.
