Over the last 3 weeks ive had salmon with stir fry vegetables for breakfast each morning, about 400 cals of salmon in there.
In 3 days or so i felt a massive increase in my sense of well being, a REALLY big difference in mood - upbeat alot more etc.
Ive been having 4 servings of fruit in one meal as my evening meal also paradoxically with insulin changes etc at the pm. as no carbs late at night make me feel like shit.
On this regime i feel fantastic!
A sample day is as follows:
1: 400cals salmon fillet with stir fry with olive oil. 10g of cod liver oil
2: avocado with salad and chicken
3. 600 cals mixed nuts plus chicken
4. tuna steak and olive oil with olives
5. 300 cals of v low fat cottage cheese, with 4 servings of different fruits.
6. 200 cals of mixed nuts
