Did he ever admit or discuss the use of PMMA?

More about PMMA:

The reason I am posting this information in MESO-Rx is that this product is secretly being used by bodybuilders in the United States to enhance body parts. They fly to Tijuana, Mexico to see Dr Luis Casavantes. Many have gotten their chest, biceps, triceps, calves, and buttocks enhanced. PMMA is approved in the United States as the brand name Artefill but it is too expensive to be used in larger volumes required for enhancing body parts.

Seriously? Injecting plastic balls in the muscle... fake ass muscle. What's next - fake eye lashes? Dick implants so the packages in the thong doesn't look all shriveled and tiny? Goddamn, it's getting to the point where I am embarrassed to say that I am a bodybuilder.

It's all about the look, that's all that really matters in the end

That would just feel so fake to me... I mean some guys just can't get the Arnold or Haney look, their genetics just aren't good enough - but still they will look damn good for what they have, and at least they can say that everything on their body is something they earned. But straight up injecting plastic... that's not earning shit. I used to think that the BB competitions were for judging the outcomes of earned muscle..

eh... I'd say there is a difference - with tits, well, no matter how hard you work, you're never going to get those tits to be big again. With muscle, the harder you work, the bigger it gets until you reach your genetic limit, or with proper gear, beyond. No drugs or exercises can grow those tits back though. Muscles are built with hard work, tits are built by... god and hormones? LOL

I know Rich personally we both work at the same gym in west hollywood. If he denies doing something anabolic or something like PAMA i would believe him hes very open and honest about everything he has tried

I would not really listen to him about advice on cycles. dude is experiencing some pretty serious health issues right now. good to listen to and get perspective from. Looking a both etremes can help you find middleground

I would love to meet Rich - he fascinates me. He's got a charismatic personality - whether that is real or put on for his fans, I don't know, but he seems like a fun guy to train with. There's a lot of the you tube personalities I would like to meet, just to chill or train with. I don't take a lot of advice from folks on the net because it's not a one size fits all sort of environment. I have to pick and choose what works best for me.

I just forced myself to listen to this retard, and for sure this WILL be the last time. There are no conflicting signals between exogenous testosterone and hCG. The dominant signal is the hCG .

He's referring to the negative feedback loop, but has no idea how it works. Im sure you guys are well aware of this - hypothalamus, GnRH, pituitary, sex hormones (LH,FSH)..blah blah blah. But the signal from exogenous testosterone is disrupted by the hCG and there are no conflicting signals. hCG is an LH analog (mimics), right? The signal to the leydig cells becomes the dominant signal. The feedback loop no longer includes a signal to shut down the testes, provided enough hCG is used to maintain signal to leydig cells. This has been proven time and time again by doctors, AAS users, and TRT/HRT health professionals from all over the world.

Therefore, IMHO, including hCG ON CYCLE is the BEST course of action if you are interested in PREVENTING testicular atrophy and maintaining optimum brain health and a smooth transition from on cycle to PCT. OR, if you are a TRT patient/candidate and wish to prevent testicular atrophy and maintain healthy testes function.

Now some of you may be asking how much hCG to use. This is entirely individual. But after analyzing the studies on hCG and other various data available including the elimination half life, i believe that 250iu every 3-4 days is enough to produce the desired results for most men.

Wow... this is exactly what I was looking for. When I was watching Rich saying those, I was like "What??? that can't be true." But I didn't know how to explain that away and now I got the answer.
For a while I was unsure about whether I should run HCG on cycle. Now it seems clear to me...
BTW, If my cycle is 16 weeks long, would it be too long to run HCG from week 1 through to week 16? Should I start to run HCG from week 6 or 7?

Sorry there he admits using PMMA for his biceps injury, not his tricep. And of course, who knows what else he used it for.

Good find! Wow - $8000 to fill in a 1/4 inch gap:

PMMA? Yes! I tore my left bicep and had a gap and used it to fill in that gap. I had 6 sessions spent about $8000 to fill in about 1/4 of an inch gap! very expensive!

Yea PMAA is actually extremely popular in brazil. I spoke with someone personally not too long ago that is familiar with the scene there. He told me not to be fooled with all these brazilian women with incredible backs. Majority of them have PMMA procedures done in they're buttocks because its the closest thing that looks to natural unlike fat transfers and implants.

I also want to say the founding of the procedure was there too, i might be wrong on this one though.

I think you're right. Brazil is far and away the leader in these type of cosmetic procedures.

PMMA-enhanced asses can be quite expensive. Three years ago, @nelsonvergel estimated the cost of 300-400mL of FDA-approved Artefill for HIV-related buttock lipoatrophy would be $200,000 to $300,000. But a Brazilian-approved PMMA product called NewPlastic would only cost $4000 to $8000. This may give an idea of the costs for PMMA-enhancement of a healthy female butt:

A severely atrophied buttock requiring 300 to 400 ml of ArteFill® would cost in the range of $ 200,000 to $ 300,000.

...

NewPlastic seems to be a lot cheaper than Artefill. A moderate to severe facial lipoatrophy correction would cost from 2500 to 3500 depending on the volume needed. Buttocks require a lot more volume, with costs running from $4000 to $8000 depending on the severity of wasting.
