Has anyone ever tried Rich Pianas feeder workouts he talks about in his bigger by the day series ? It’s a four month deal and the first two months every night before bed you do 3 sets of 100 reps side laterals. Then 3 sets 100 reps real laterals. Both with 10 or 15 lbs dumbbells. And on the next two months you do 3 sets of 50 reps hammer curls. And 3 sets of 100 reps skull crushers. Again with 10 or 15 lbs dumbbells. It sounds pretty crazy I might have to try it and let u guys know lol

I think some people on youtube actually got pretty nice results from doing it... look it up
