Right HGH schedule

If the goal is to optimize fat loss, it is easier to use frag instead of hgh, you will get the peak much quicker and will not require hours fastened to boost the fat oxidation mechanism, pin it, wait 30’, do your fastened cardio and you are gtg
 
If you want maximize fat loss get on a GLP, growth hormone is a slow burn and in my opinion and in my experience, I wish I would have used a GLP instead of all the HGH that I have used in the attempt for fat loss, it was effective, but not like what a GLP can accomplish hands-down
 
If you take it during the day especially 2-3 hrs pre gym be prepared to fall asleep. GH during the day makes me want to knock out. Bolus dose before bed is best tbh in my experience.
If I take it before bed I wake up every hour. But if I take it in the morning my sleep is fine and I'm not tired during the day.
