This may sound like a very stupid question but here goes.....
I'm starting HST. I normally do sets of 12/10/8/6. Whats the best way to determine my 15,10,5 RM's. Do I just determine my 15RM first - for the first week?
If I try and determine all in one day I know they won't be accurate.
If I can do say 200lbs at 8 reps or like 185lbs at 10 reps is their a way to estimate my 15RM so I can minimize my tries when I go to determine it?
