Road to pure alphaness and a 1,600 total

I'm going to change my weight update to the morning when I wakeup. Figured since I'm fairly regular and drink basically the same amount of liquids every day my morning weight should be pretty consistent.

Weight today was 195.6

Blood pressure is still a little bit high. It measured at 128/78 yesterday. That was probably 30-45 minutes after the gym though. Needless to say, I'm not too concerned about it.
 
Workout today was,

2x8 db bench
4x8 Lat pulldowns
4x8 t-bar rows
2x8 seated db press

SS
1. 4x8 Preacher curl
2. 4x8 weighted dips

SS
1. 4x10 hammer curls
2. 4x10 skull crushers

SS
1. 4x15 arm blasters
2. 4x15 french press
 
Weight today was 195.2

Technically after a cup of coffee and a good BM it was 195.0. Lol.

Gonna do some squats and bench after work today. Will update later with the exact sets/reps/weights
 
A .2 lbs bm is not a "good" one. You need to drop at least a pound for that status. Preferably two.

I put in there I just got done drinking a cup of coffee. Which is actually a 20 fl.oz tumbler. So it was just shy of a 2lb bowel movement....

On a side note. I realized I really hate cutting. Lol. Muscle wise I'm still basically the same size, but my lack of endurance in the gym is embarrassing. Plus, I like those surprises of being a little stronger every time i go in the gym. Lol. That's definitely not happening right now. As long as I stick to it though, it should only take another 4-6 weeks though. Then if I'm 183lbs and get my strength back up to the 1,450+ range I'd be an absolute animal.
