Bloodwork + Lab Test Done – Gear Is NOT Fake

Alright, I’m tired of doubting my stuff so I went all in.

I paid for full bloodwork AND sent my oil to Janoshik myself. No sponsor, no bullshit.

Testosterone:

200 mg/week → 43.9 ‘‘nmol/L’’ on bloods.

Numbers line up perfectly with the dose. So the test is 100% real.

Trenbolone Enanthate:

Blind screening result → 210 mg/ml.

Exactly dosed. No fake compound. No underdosing.

So let’s make it clear:

My gear is real. Period.

This isn’t a “fake gear” issue. It’s confirmed legit by bloodwork and lab analysis.

Now the real problem:

Despite real test + tren, proper training, good sleep, solid diet, I’m barely seeing gains. No crazy strength jump, no insane fullness, nothing dramatic.

So the gear isn’t the issue.

Something else is.

If anyone has real input (not bro-science), I’m listening.

Now 700mg test 600 tren
Now let me correct something else:

I’m not saying I expect magical recomposition. I’m not expecting to blow up in 3 weeks.

I’m literally just asking to progress slowly. Steadily. Like I should.

But even that isn’t happening.

In fact, I honestly feel like I’m progressing slower than a natural lifter would.

That’s what’s messing with my head.

It’s not about wanting magic gains.

It’s about not even seeing normal, steady progression despite being enhanced.

If the gear is real, training is consistent, diet is in check, sleep is good… then why does it feel like I’m underperforming?

Pretty simple. You’re either not training hard enough or you’re not eating enough. Probably both. Most people who say their diet and training is in check, it actually isn’t in check

as for the real input; if you're using real test and real tren, then the issue is recovery, diet or training.

there is also a possibility that your own expectations are the issue.

for genuine input that can actually help you address or even verify that there is an issue, we will need

details on your diet. details on your training. before and current pics if you have them.
