There was a thread involving another WKM months ago who had some business with this UGL. RS slipped up and stated they still had all of the WKM's information 18+ months after the order.
A UGL not deleting customer information is one of the biggest concerns when ordering domestically. I don't know of any that have a policy (if they would follow it) for deleting customer information. If the UGL is busted, they have their list and are ready to bargain with authorities. Granted LE always wants to move up the chain, but I still wouldn't want my name on a list like that.
I could careless about "loyalty points" or discounts for additional orders. Just delete every trace of me would be nice...... but won't happen.
