Rookie Needs Advice

I am a twenty five year old who has been lifting for 6 years. Over the last few years I have been satisfied with my results, but I feel that I am ready to take my game to the next level. Through college I weighed in around 195, and I currently weigh 225. I would like to lose my midsection, and increase size and definition. I dedicate 5 - 6 days a week in the gym. My weak points are my arms, abs, and calves. I have been satisfied with my strength, but I cannot get the size or definition that I desire. I recently moved to the Knoxville area and I have been unable to make any contacts here so far. I would really appreciate any andvice concerning training, stacks and how to obtain the gear.
Thanks

Honestly... you might get burned for asking how to obtain gear so openly like that.... but to answer... go to the classifides... dont ask in this forum. As far as your goals go... Arms and calves... try supersetting exercises on calves... this worked a great deal for me... and for arms.. try doing the same thing... abs are different... a good deal of abs is going to be your diet... work on getting that on key first.. you should probobly add some sort of cardio to your routine plus train your abs about twice a week (and not just sittups!... weighted abs crunches, weighted leg raises... obliques..ect). oh... and if you got training questions you need to go to the training forum... we got lots of bro's here that are very very knowlegeable in that area... so take advantage of that. Stick around for a bit and read all you can in the nutrition, training, and anabolics forums... If you are here for more than 2 weeks you will see that a lot of the same questions are answered over and over again. just stick around and keep reading.
