Hey Guys,

I have been lifting for a liitle over 4 years now and I am starting to do research about Anabolics. Obviously, I am trying to learn as much as I can. My only experience with any kind of testosterone altering substance is a brief cycle with Pro-Hormones on two accasions. Both times I cut the cycles short becuase of extreme nipple sensitivity. I learned latter on that this sort of thing was common, but it freaked me out then.

I am equally trying to learn as much information about Anti-Estrogens as I can. I currently want to find a moderate stack to try with the least risk of the Estrogen side affects. Also, which Anti-E's are better than others, because I don't want to go through the whole sensitive nipple deal again.

I am 6ft, 210lbs and 26 years old. I work out 4 days a week with taking in roughly 250-300grams of protein a day. My current supplement regiment is Creatine, Whey and Glutamine with the assortment of vitamins.

I am looking to try something extemely conservitive with moderate gains of strength (Not concerned with size at this point). No matter what I definitely want to include a Anti-E in the mix, I am still trying to learn what will work with what. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Phreezer and a couple guys have great 'stickies' at the top of the forum, read away!

Armidex is a great way to keep the test 'test' in your body, and then Novladex is a great way to keep your nipples normal. You better use both.

Read up on them in the drug profiles section, to your upper left. They work great. Get them on the classified's here on the forum. Get them before you do anything though.

Good luck man

I agree i wish i had the same mentality when i started when i did my first cycle i had 0 know how on any anabolic compound i took a friends advice and did 1 10cc bottle of test and 1 10 cc bottle of deca with no post recovery and i got a little gyno from it not bad but i can still see a little sign of it so bro do what your doing read, read and read a little more knowledge in the game we play is priceless, now that i have bros on here and exp with cycles i know what works for me so i applaud you also bro ......Skyking.

There's another important thing when doing AAS. Get your cholesterol checked. I had gone at least a couple years without getting it check and when I did, it was extremely bad. The total cholesterol wasn't bad but the ratio of LDL to HDL was way of balance. My HDL was only 15 mg/dl (30mg/dl is low-normal).

It was through the extensive use of anti-aromatase chemicals like arimidex and letrozol that was responsible. Estrogen is very important in maintaining good cholesterol levels. Some researchers have experimented giving men with high cholesterol, estrogen, and it worked (unfortunately, with side effects).

As you learn, you will find out just how much of a balancing act you have, to stay healthy. It's a real challange, and one that is possible if you maintain your interest in research and confiring with experienced users, such as those here on the MESO board and others. Remember, you make the final decisions.

PEACE BRO.
