I got my anavar today, and I will be taking 50mg ed, 2 in the morning and 3 after my workout.
Pip is still nothing more than a sore feeling, it's a much better improvement from my last cycle because the pip from that cycle was crippling, but I stuck to pinning ed.
I'm thinking of upping my fat and carb intake while lowering my protein intake. The reason being is that I find my energy isn't where it was when I had a higher intake of CHO and fats.
here are my meals (so far, haven't had dinner yet) and workouts:
