RP Diet template

Anyone download these? I'm giving it a go. Seems to center around backloading carbs. New for me but I'm game. Curious if anyone has used and been successful.
 
I've done RP, more or less majority of your carbs closer to training, majority of your fats away from training. You start with "Base" after 2 weeks if your not coming down you'll use "Cut 1" templet... 2 more weeks and if needed "Cut 2" and so on
