I'd follow. Didn't like EQ though. Got horrible permanant scarring acne. But there's only a few of us that've had that. Did make me extra vascular though

Dumb cunts always bitching for attention. Besides, I've never given eq the proper one-on-one time she deserves. And it'll be a fun experiment.. assuming I don't get an unexpected dirt nap from it

I read an article a while back, it was an interview type thing with Louie Simmons. He's used EQ to cruise for years, decades actually if I'm not mistaken.

Honestly, it's a little too old school for me personally... I would never cruise without test. I know adding EQ to a cruise isn't that uncommon either.

Now, I recall that EQ and yourself get along splendidly... So maybe it's not too old school for you and it'll be a fun run. I'll be interested to see what happens! I have a few ideas of what will happen, I'm curious to see if I'm right.
 
I know we've had a few members here do deca only cruises and say it helped. But I'm a test man myself. Be all in on a log though.
Didn't RThoads do a similar trial or was it another compound?

Yeah what he did was a test/eq stack with something like 70 mg of each. I want to just abandon all test and see what happens.

Solid workout. I'm really surprised by my dead hang chins. I only just started doing them again after a year and I'm already just as strong if not stronger on them than before. On a side note, I don't know if it's just placebo or what, but my libido has shot through the fucking roof the past few days. It's actually getting too annoying and distracting lol. I'm surprised that's started already, being less than 2 weeks in.
 
I did my fitness work on Saturday as usual and felt great. Stamina is still slowly improving despite my supplements.

Today's training:

Deadlift 345x10 double overhand
Paused cg incline 205x9

I'm disappointed with my incline bench but aside from that everything felt great. Especially since I didn't get enough sleep last night and I kind of felt like shit lol. Everything felt slightly lighter than last week despite adding weight.
 
Isnt that a funny thing? For years I only did even number reps until powerlifting. Why? I do not know.

I'm ashamed to admit that in my younger years I would have either quit early or died under a barbell to avoid ending on the number 13.... Lol.

I do a program for bench now that I rarely end on even numbers! Or even sets for that matter... Yes, I'm weird.

Very happy with my power cleans. The most I've ever pulled was 270 a few weeks ago and I can't remember if it was 2 or 3 reps, but I'm really excited to exceed that soon. Switching to sets of 5 (and singles on cleans) next week so we'll see how I handle slightly heavier weights.
 
Did my conditioning work today. Wasn't very fun, not that it ever is lol. But I cut another second off my rest time between sets, so as long as I keep making veeeeeery slow progress there for the rest of this blast, I'll be happy.

I'm so fucking happy that I can deadlift heavy again without pain in my lat. It's been so frustrating dealing with that the last couple years. Obviously my lifts are still weak as fuck, but I'm so excited to get back to where I was towards the end of last year when I was squatting 405x12.

I'm stoked to finally power clean 275, and for 3 singles no less. I can't wait to see where my deadlift goes just from the strength I've slowly built with my clean. When I was creeping up towards a 600 lb deadlift in 2015 or so my clean was no where near what it is now. Hopefully that strength carries over pretty directly as I build my dead back up.
 
Just finished my weekly Saturday conditioning work and I'm doing some light cardio now. I changed my mind again (I know lol) and I'm going to cut a few pounds, probably 10 at most, to get of the last bit of "excess" fat I don't like having. Shouldn't take more than a month or so.

Fucking awesome workout. Added weight to my big 3 and they still felt lighter than last week (except squat but that's probably from doing over 2 hours of cardio yesterday on top of not eating very much lol) and got an extra rep with great bar speed on my incline, when I was barely able to get 5 reps last week.
