yeah i feel great. I had a great time this week. Itching to get back in the gym tomorrow though. I'm planning to lower all the weights I was using 5% and ramp back up over the next couple weeks to account for any strength loss and finish the blast strong.

Good to hear you are feeling great! I think that off week is so often overlooked and people just don't want to take some time away to recover (mentally and physically) -- I am also guilty of it. However, most come back so much more refreshed that in the long run you will make more gains.

Good first workout back after 10 days off i guess. I took it a little easy on everything except for during deads i decided to do as many as I could on my last set while leaving 1-2 in the tank.

Good workout, can't complain.

So I'm thinking about cutting this blast a week or two short. As of now, my last eq pin is supposed to be april 8, which would make this blast 20 weeks (plus the time for eq to clear out). I kinda just want to start cutting already so I can get a break from all this volume I've been doing and to get onto my next blast sooner. I don't know for sure though, I'll just play it by ear.

i guess it's that time of year. I'm definitely not looking forward to it but i'll be happy once it's over so I'll be lean enough to happily bulk for a while. I think I'll only be cutting for around 10 weeks before I start the tren and go back up to maintanence calories again, so it won't be too bad.

Since I'm already talking about it, I figure I'll share my cutting plan. Gonna start at 4000 cals/day and see how fast I lose weight on that and adjust accordingly. I'll also be cycling clen. I'm also thinking about cruising on 300 mg/wk instead of 200 or less, just for the extra boost. I can't afford to lose strength... That's about it ha

Edit: as for training, i'll be dramatically lowering volume. I'm planning to do a bill starr 5x5 type of training
 
I wouldn't go 300 for your cruise man I know you don't want to lose strength but strength gains should stay with 200mg ew and it's better for your body in the long run. I wish I could cut on 4K calories... I bulk on 4k:p

Definitely not the best workout ever but I wasn't exactly feeling the best on friday so I'm actually surprised it wasn't worse. I pretty much just did what I considered to be absolutely necessary and went home. Tomorrow's workout should be much better I think.

Lol I wish i was some kind of superhuman freak. And I haven't decided on my cruise dosage yet. RT makes a great point but as you said, I'm trying to reach an elite level here...

Fantastic workout for the most part. Presses felt easy, squats felt easy, and I got 8 reps weighing 275 on chins which I'm really happy with. Deads on the other hand could have been better. For some reason my lower, outer back musculature (kind of where the love handle areas are but a hair higher up) was feeling really tight and weird so I stopped after 1 set. Didn't want to risk anything bad potentially happening. Hopefully it's no big deal and I can do 3x5 like normal next week.
 
Does anyone reading this have any experience with dihydroboldenone, aka 1-test cyp? I'm looking into getting some for my next bulking phase but there it's hard to find a lot of info on personal experiences with it since it's so much less common than other compounds.
 
Supposedly it's not similar to testosterone at all, it's more like eq but more powerful. Doesn't aromatize either. I've heard it described as a better version of primo. I've also heard people say it's like a mix of eq and tren but with low or zero sides. Sounds almost too good to be true. It's probably really expensive though. I haven't gotten a price yet from the source I'm looking at.

So I was getting ready to do my push presses and I could just tell I didn't have any strength today while I was in the middle of my first set. I decided to just stop at 4 instead of finishing the set and finish with that light 225 triple. After that I just reduced the weight on everything I was gonna do about 80% (except for chins and accessory work) and called this a recovery workout. So I expect/hope Friday's workout will be very good as a result.

On an inrealted note, I measured my arms and legs cold last night and my arms were a little over 17.5" and thighs were 29". Pretty good size improvements from when I started in November. Not impressive compared to the freak Rob but I'm happy with it lol

ALSO! I recently noticed that I've been developing CALLUSES on my TRAPS!!! I love it, I'm so happy about that lol. I think it looks so cool.

Nah I've never seen that channel, i've heard of it though... It was so funny. Normally my gym is relatively good about idiots doing dumb shit, but seeing smith machine power cleans was priceless lol
